Will Proper Nutrition Help Me Lose Weight?

help me lose weightHave you’ve tried diet plan after diet plan and you’re still not seeing results? Screaming out for help, “Please! Help me lose weight!” It’s because diets don’t work (obviously). Sure, they may help you drop a few pounds at the start, but the results are often short lasting. Most diets tell you to restrict your caloric intake to the point where your literally starving.

Not getting right amount calories slows your metabolism down, makes you lose lean muscle tissue, deprives you of the fuel you need to perform your daily task, and causes your body to hold on to stored fat for your daily energy. Along with that, diets are miserable, depressing, frustrating and not sustainable over the long periods of time. Come on now, how long do you think you can live off of grapefruits and cabbage?

Take it from a gal who has experienced almost every diet on the market. Proper nutrition will give you better weight loss and healthier results than simply going on a diet. Here are three good reasons why.

Healthier Foods Are Naturally Low in Calories

Unlike processed crap, healthier foods like vegetables, fruits, legumes, beans naturally raised meats, organic poultry, raw nuts, seeds and organic eggs are naturally low in calories. When you eat reasonable portions of these foods, you automatically reduce your caloric consumption and loseweight without feeling hungry, deprived or cranky.

There is so much junk in processed foods. When you consume them, your body doesn’t have an idea what to do with the useless calories; so they just get stored as unwanted fat. When you eat nutritious foods other then that processed junk, your body actually benefits from the calories so they are less likely to get stored in your blubber.

Proper Nutrition Helps Fuel You

All nutritious (and I mean really nutritious) meal plans will permit plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits and beans in a working diet. These foods provide the healthy carbohydrates you need to fuel yourself and keep your metabolism performing like a well oiled machine.

If you stumble across a diet plan that tells you not to eat healthy carbohydrates, dismiss it as fast as you can. Your body really has to have the healthy carbohydrates (healthy being the key term) to survive.

Can Eating Healthy to Burn Fat?

Here’s some great information. Healthy diet plans that include protein can help you build lean muscle tissue, which will push your metabolism into high gear. This is definitely a positive if you want to send that unwanted fat packing.

When you consume protein rich foods, your body produces a hormone that helps you burn fat. Protein also assist in making meals more satisfiable so you eat less ( come on bring on the protein). Nutritious protein sources include naturally raised lean meats, organic poultry, eggs, raw nuts and whole organic beans.

Why send yourself through the drama of dieting just to be discouraged with the end results? Healthy eating is a much better option for shedding unwanted pounds. Make sure your remember though, nutritiouseating is just one part of the weight loss equation. If you want to keep experiencing those great results coming, get lots of exercise and drink plenty of water.

I Want to Lose Weight Now Without Feeling Hungry

i need to lose weightI want to lose weight but I’m sick and tired of getting hungry all the time,” is a common statement made by dieters who follow fly-by-night diet plans. If your diet plan leaves your stomach rumbling every hour of the day, it’s time to make a serious change in your dieting plans. I used to think that losing weight or dieting meant starving myself. It took me a long time to accept the fact that I could actually eat heartily and lose this annoying weight.

The time I spent starving in the name of losing weight was horrible. When I did manage to shed a few unwanted pounds, I would gain it back in a matter of weeks. To tell you the truth, I’d even gain a few extra pounds. Talk about frustration!
What I learned through out years of my research (and trial and error) is that when you follow a healthy eating plan, you can stuff your face until you’re stuffed, and still have amazing weight loss results.

What Are Top Healthy Foods?

Healthy foods are not produced in a factory and processed to death. If the food is dried, canned, frozen or filled with all types of ingredients you can’t pronounce, stay far from it. Examples of healthy foods include fresh fish, naturally raised meats, legumes, seeds, organic poultry, organic whole eggs, raw nuts, and fresh fruit and vegetables.

How To Make Healthy Meals More Filling

There’s nothing more dismal than dealing with hunger spells all day. If your meals aren’t satisfying you, this is exactly what’s going to happen. Here are some tips and tricks to make your meals more filling:
  • Add some sort of quality protein and a source healthy fat (yes, fat) to every single one of your meals. Adding protein and healthy fat to your meals make them more satisfying and subsides your hunger. Sources of healthy protein include natural meats, organic whole eggs, organic poultry and fish. Sources of healthy fat include avocados, fish, beans, raw nuts, coconut oil and olive oil.
  • Load your plate up with some tasty veggies. It will help to divide your plate into three sections and make sure fill larger section with veggies. Leave the two other sections for meat and other healthy foods. Veggies are a top source of fiber, so they expand in the stomach, digest slower and keep those hunger spells away longer.
  • Drink at least one glass of water before each meal and throughout the day. This will help you feel full faster and reduce need to continue eating.

Some Good Examples of Healthy, Filling Meals and Snacks

  • Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/3 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon and a small pear.
  • Snack: 1 medium apple, 1 cup of cucumber slices and 1 oz of raw nuts.
  • Lunch: 4 oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice, 8 oz carrot sticks, and a small green salad with vinegar and olive oil dressing.
  • Snack: 2 tablespoons of almond butter, 2 slices of rye crisp bread and 8 oz of celery sticks.
  • Dinner: 5 oz broiled halibut steak, 1/2 cup of green beans sautéed in garlic, small baked sweet potato and a small green salad with apple cider vinegar and olive oil dressing.
Don't Forget Your Glass of Water Before Each Meal!

Diet plans that leave you hungry all the time (or even some of the time) are the devil. Why not cut out the diet altogether and eat healthy instead? If you do it this way, you can eat delicious, filling foods and still lose weight.

Enough with the useless dieting! Watch this video to find out how The Diet Solution Program helps me when I need to lose weight.

The Diet Solution Program Review

Review of The Diet Solution Program: The Program that Promises Fat Loss along with an incredible amount of Health and Vitality.

The Diet Solution Program promises a complete and comprehensive weight loss program that will not only help you lose body fat, but guarantees you increased energy, health and vitality all at the same time.
With so many weight loss programs out on the market and on the internet today, what makes this program any different than all the rest?

Before we get to the program, let’s take a look at the expert behind this program. Isabel De Los Rios is a nutrition and exercise specialist with 10 years of experience helping clients reach their ideal weight and tackle conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and high cholesterol. Isabel has a very extensive educational background in nutrition and exercise physiology. Her personal experience with her own weight struggles and her mother’s severe diabetes led her search for the BEST nutrition information available today. The Diet Solution Program is a result of her 15 year study and research.

I’ve also talked to Isabel about her training and education background, and I’ll be honest, it was impressive, unlike other so-called “health experts”, who are just following main stream nutrition programs. Isabel provides her readers with the truth: the facts most people have never taken the time to research, read and decipher.
Plus, Isabel has been a nutrition and exercise specialist for the past 10 years and has personally worked with hundreds of clients in her own private facility, overseeing successful weight loss programs. This hands on experience with real people solidified the facts and principles she had learned in books, journals and from other health professionals. The proof was really in the results of real people.

In fact, Isabel’s articles are pretty radical when it comes to her nutrition principles which is why her approach works when main-stream nutrition fails. So if you are looking for the same old nutrition theories taught in every other book and program on the market today, this is not the program for you.

Now one of the biggest questions about the program is simply, “What is The Diet Solution Program?” Well according to Isabel, it is the most comprehensive and detailed nutrition manual available on the market today. Not only does it teach you exactly what principles you need to follow to finally reach your ideal weight, it gives you the meal plans, shopping lists and recipes to do so. It does not push some extreme, unreasonable way to lose weight. It actually teaches you how you can make this healthy way of eating into a lifestyle. And if you have ever attempted to lose weight in the past, you know that the only way to maintain it is to make it a way of life. The best part about Isabel’s program is that this new way of life is not some torturous eating regimen. She really shows you that you can eat delicious food, combined the right way, to lose weight and maintain it.
One of the best side effects of the whole program is the increased health and vitality that every participant experiences. Decreases in blood sugar levels, lowered cholesterol, increased energy, elimination of digestive discomfort and cleared skin conditions are just some of the few benefits other people have already experienced.

Frankly, I’ve used the program myself and recommended to many others. Why? Because I was sick and tired of following nutrition plans that either did not work or made me lose weight but feel terrible. Yes, I want to be at my ideal weight but I also want to maintain a healthy body at the same time and not have to resort to extreme, radical methods. The Diet Solution Program helped me lose weight and feel healthy and energized at the same time.

Now realize that some effort from you will be required, but Isabel has really done all the hard work for you. Included in her program is:
  • Step by step action steps telling you exactly how to put the principles in place
  • Detailed daily meal plans that make everyday eating easy
  • Shopping Lists to make food shopping a snap
  • Delicious Recipes to make everyday meals tasty
The manual is comprehensive. Jam packed with incredible and valuable information. But you don’t need to wait to get through the whole thing before you can start. You can use Isabel’s Quick Start Guide to start the program ASAP. Some people have even just used the quick start guide and lost 10-15lbs in a little as 6 weeks.

The Diet Solution Program is not just another weight loss scheme or extreme diet. It is truly the only way to lose weight and enjoy a lifetime of health. The Diet Solution Program is perfect for people who have struggled with their weight their whole life and are sick and tired of programs that just don’t work long term. The DSP is also perfect for people who want to take control of their health and reverse health conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol and heart disease.

If you’re in the slightest bit curious, I recommend you look closely at Isabel’s program. I was very impressed with all of The Diet Solution Program meal plans, the bonuses, the guarantee, and Isabel’s expertise. For the money, it’s the best deal in the weight loss industry – so much better than diet pills! And remember…
Isabel De Los Rios’s The Diet Solution Program is backed by a 60 day money back guarantee. And this is a real guarantee… if you are not completely satisfied, you will receive your money back, no “ifs,” “ands,” or “buts.” So you really have nothing to lose.

Choose the Correct Foods

i need to lose weight and fast
You can not possibly lose weight if the foods you use to prepare your meals are unhealthy and laden with calories. When you head off the processed nonsense and stay with fresh ingredients, you can’t go wrong. Anything boxed, frozen, jugged or canned is considered processed and has no ground in a healthy diet.

Foods that should be staples in your healthy meal plans include fresh fish, naturally raised meats, organic poultry, organic whole eggs, raw nuts, fresh herbs, and fresh fruits and vegetables. Natural foods are better for you because they are low in calories and filled with plenty of nutrients your body can use.
Natural foods aren’t loaded with a numerous amount of additives that contribute to weight gain, diabetes, cancer, hypertension and other health problems.

Experiment with Recipes, Flavors and New Cooking Methods

I love grilled chicken, but if I had to eat if every day, I’d go bananas—I imagine you would too. Free yourself from the bondage of dull, bland meals by researching new with recipes. Page through some cookbooks, jump around the Internet and use your imagination to whip up meals you can’t wait to plunge your teeth into.

When you come across recipes that have unhealthy ingredients, simply change out the bad ingredients out for healthier ones. For instance, if a recipe states use milk, you can replace this ingredient with coconut or almond milk. Also, don’t be afraid to swap out spices and seasonings to add a new taste to a dish.

Change up your cooking methods to keep things fresh and give meals a new taste. For instance, if you always broil your meat, try sauteing it, or covering it with olive oil and throwing it on the grill. All of these cooking ideas are healthy and easy to master.

Foods to Avoid If You Want To Lose Weight

People get excited about a lot of things, but I have never in my life met anyone who’s crazy about being overweight. I have however, met people who are fed up with up and down rollercoaster of so-called healthy meal plans to lose weight. Rather than deal with more dieting program disappointments, some of these people conclude that living “overweight” is simply in the cards for them.

Throwing your hands up in defeat and deciding to spend the rest of your days (unhappily) overweight is no way to go through life. A decision like this can beat your self-esteem into the ground and shave years off of your life. C’mon, you owe it to yourself and your loved ones so much more than this.

There’s no magic trick to losing-weight – if there were, everybody and their grandmom would be thin. The best way to achieve successful weight loss results is to know what types of foods to keep out of your daily diet.

Just Say “No Go For You” to Processed Foods

Processed foods are dirt cheap, convenient and easy to prepare. Regrettably, these foods are bad for your health. Of course, you’d never know this by watching those hyped up television ads. Since manufacturers aren’t going to give you the dirty on the ingredients they use in processed foods, I’ll gladly do it for them.
Let’s first start with trans fat. This ingredient lowers good cholesterol, raises bad cholesterol, and can really increase your risk of cardiovascular disease. Considering heart disease is one of the number 1 killers of men and women, trans fat is one ingredient you want to steer clear of.

If you’re questioning where that double chin came from, the high fructose corn syrup used in some of your popular processed foods may be partly to blame. This ingredient has been getting a lot of press lately because it is considered to be a major player in the rising obesity epidemic.

Don’t even get me going on the chemicals manufacturers use in their processed foods. If I tried to name couple of these chemicals, I’d be tongue tied for days. Besides, you’d probably think I was reading the label on a can of spray paint instead of the ingredients in your favorite microwavable dinner.

Get Off The Sugar

The average person downs about 150 pounds of sugar per year. When you think about the information that sugar is in almost everything, it’s easy to eat pounds of this stuff without even realizing it. So what’s the big deal? There isn’t enough time in the day for me to tell you about all the harm sugar can do to your weight and health. However, I can give you a quick summary.

Sugar includes nothing but empty calories. When you eat this junk, a large part of it gets stored in the body as fat. If your goal is to lose weight, being heavy-handed with the sugar isn’t going to help. This is not even the worst of it. Sugar can also depress the immune system, supply cancer cells, contribute to heart disease, raise your risk of osteoporosis and make you look run-down.

Get Rid Of Artificial Sweeteners

Before you run out and stock your ice box with a bunch of those zero-calorie diet drinks, there’s something you should know. The artificial sweeteners used in diet drinks and other low-calorie products are lab-created. Yep. You heard me right – mixed up in a lab like something out of a Frankenstein movie.

These chemical sweeteners can bring on or contribute to a laundry list of neuropsychiatric disorders and chronic illnesses – depression, anxiety, migraines, mood changes, panic attacks, vertigo, memory loss, Alzheimer’s, brain tumors – should I go on? And if you think you’re going to shake off a few pounds using artificial sweeteners, think again. These sweeteners stimulate your appetite and make you eat more food.

When you’ve tried diet after diet and not one of them delivers results, it can certainly make you want to give up. But you owe it to yourself and to your family to live the healthiest life possible. Processed foods, sugar and artificial sweeteners are the main wrongdoers of weight gain. When you eliminate these foods from your diet, you can increase your chance of losing weight.

Make dieting letdowns a thing of the past. Let the Diet Solution Program arm you with the tools you need to create effective healthy meal plans to lose weight and live healthier.
